Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Whitegate Floor Care be held liable for any underlying issues that may arise during the works set out and agreed upon within the quotation.

It is the property’s owner that is responsible to notify Whitegate Floor Care of any issue we are unable to visually see that could lead to damage caused or any issues during the works set out and agreed upon within the quotation.

It is the property’s owner that is responsible to notify Whitegate Floor Care of any damp issues, underfloor heating, exposed pipe work under any flooring we cannot visually see.

Whitegate Floor Care will not be held accountable for any damages, defects that may be hidden by dirt or coatings and cannot visually see until the sanding or cleaning process has started, if Whitegate Floor Care comes across any exposed damages or defects that were hidden, we will stop all work immediately and discuss with the client and advise.

Preparation

Clients must remove all breakables, furniture, curtains and any existing floor coverings that may be in place, Whitegate Floor Care will not be held accountable for any damages caused to any items that have not been fully removed.

Site

  • The site must be clear of any other trades unless agreed upon in advance.
  • The site must have working electricity and running water.
